DRINK: Elderflower, Peach & Lavender Gin Sour


For the Shrub:

2 cups peaches (frozen)

2 tsp dried lavender flowers

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar

3/4 cup apple cider vinegar

For the Gin Sour:

2 oz gin

2 oz elderflower liqueur

1 oz lemon juice (half a lemon)

2 oz peach & lavender shrub

1 egg white or 1 tbsp egg white


For the Shrub:

Add the peaches, lavender and sugar to a large mason jar or a bowl. Mash the peaches up a bit. Then let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least a few hours or up to a couple days. Strain the juice and add the vinegar to the juice.

For the Gin Sour:

Add all the ingredients to a martini shaker and shake well. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprig of lavender.
